Application Steps for Dual Enrollment

                                 NO SUMMER PROGRAM FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT

    APPLY (Application) - ADMIT (By EUP) - REGISTER (Select Class) - ENROLL (Attend)

FREQUENT MISTAKES! READ BEFORE STARTING...                      

STEP 1: APPLICATION: To begin the appilcation Select First time users to create new application or returning users if you need to finish your application.  Remember!  The Claimant is the student's parent, or legal guardian for residency.

STEP 2:  Three (3) working days after you apply, activate yo

STEP 3: Check your 国产短视频email inbox. Go here () then go to  (upper right hand corner) to obtain your U Number - log into  My国产短视频Student portal.   Review

STEP 4:  Student and Parent Fill out Medical History Form and go to and upload the form to Student Health Services.  This is required for any course taken face-to-face on a high school campus (including district eShools) or 国产短视频Campus.                                  

  • The medical history form is ONLY required if you are taking on 国产短视频campus classes or classes offered on public high school campus.  Not needed for on-line classes. 
  • Note:  Please Check the tiny boxes in section 1 to DECLINE MENINGITIS & DECLINE HEPATITIS on the form. For more details click here.
  • INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF INSURANCE EACH SEMESTER EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONE THE FIRST SEMESTER THEY ATTENDED

STEP 5:  The CAF - Counselor Approval Form Your high school counselor / homeschool administrtor will fill out your course approval form (CAF) after you meet with them. They will provide you with your course options needed for high school graduation.  The CAF is an electronic form with course selections approved by your high school counselor / homeschool administrator.  One CAF form is submitted per semester (one for Fall term/and one for Spring term during the submission period of the term). 

PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL students taking courses on a ON-PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL campus will be courtesy registered by 国产短视频based on the high school counselor's approval form submission. Public school students taking online or 国产短视频Campus courses will self-register. Follow steps below.

PRIVATE SCHOOL AND HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS Log onto your student portal. Go here () then go to My国产短视频 (upper right hand corner) to select courses chosen by counselor / homeschool admistrator Follow Steps below.

Step 6: SELF-REGISTRATION -  All Students taking a USF-online or a course on a USF-Campus will require self-registration using STUDENT SELF SERVICES.  Log in to My国产短视频student portal. Go here () then go to My国产短视频 (upper right hand corner).  See Website for details

Step 7: Textbooks must be purchased through student account and before classes begin. Textbooks funding will be removed on Thursday the first week of classes.  See website for more details on how to purchase textbooks with the money on your account.

  • Your Textbook Funds will be taken away on Friday the last day of the first week of classes, so don't delay! BUY YOUR BOOKS AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOUR CLASSES USING YOUR SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS / FINANCIAL AID!
